We design and deliver training programs for gambling operators on problem gambling, responsible marketing and compliance to strengthen player protection standards and protect consumers from gambling related harm.

With the rapid growth of online gambling in Africa, we aim to ensure that gambling operators are clear about their responsibilities both internally and externally. Operators are expected to set examples of best practice, including player education, responsible advertising and effective player protection.

The training covers legal and regulatory requirements including affordability checks, risk management, AML, cyber-crime, with identified roles and responsibilities. It also explores the ethics of gaming and gambling including onboarding protocols, player protection, identifying problem gamblers, markers of harm, customer interactions and innovation in safer gambling.
